How to lose up to five kilograms in only three days

The nature offers a wonder to people that want to get slim fast and easy. There is a way how we can reactivate our metabolism, the only thing we have to do is eat in a calculated way.

Day 1

Breakfast:

  • coffee or tea, without sugar;
  • half of grapefruit or juice;
  • one sliced toasted bread with arachid butter;

Lunch:

  • 100 grammes pea or green beans;
  • 100 grammes boilt or steamed white meat;
  • 100 grammes boiled or steamed carrots;
  • one apple;
  • 100 grammes vanilla ice;

Day two

Breakfast:

  • tea or coffee, without sugar;
  • one boilt egg;
  • half of banana;
  • one slice of toasted bread;

Lunch:

  • one tuna can or cheese;
  • 8 salty biscuits;

Diner:

  • 2 beef grilled slices;
  • 100 grammes raw brocoli or cabbage;
  • 50 grammes carrots;
  • half of banana;
  • 50 grammes of vanilla icecream;

The third day

Breakfast:

  • coffe or tea, sugarless;
  • 5 salty biscuits;
  • one apple;

Lunch:

  • coffe or tea, without sugar;
  • one boilt egg;
  • one toasted slice of bread;

Diner:

  • one tuna can;
  • 100 grammes carrots;
  • 100 grammes cauliflower (boilt or steamed);
  • 100 grammes watermelon;
  • 50 grammes vanilla icecream.

Because the nutritive value is very low (less than 1000 kilocalories), you might get tired faster and it might be harder to concentrate on daily tasks. It might be more useful for you to keep this diet during the week-end.
