The food with highest iron concentration are read meat, beans, iron fortified cereals, and dark leafy vegetables like spinach.
If you want to eat iron enhanced food, you can also rely chicken and cereals.
Milk does not contain iron at all, so children eating exclusively milk do not have iron intake.
We do recommend you to feed children also with vitamin C foods like citric, broccoli, potatoes, or berries.
Vitamin C helps iron intake.
